Nosy Lawyer Client Care Program™

We at the Mack Law Group know that when you hire us to do your estate plan, you are asking us to make sure that your family is taken care of when it matters most.  With that in mind, we have designed the Nosy Lawyer Client Care Program™.

With this program, we work to ensure that each of your trusted family members understand your plan, and that your fiduciaries are ready to assume their roles at critical times. We work with your trusted advisors to keep your assets aligned to your estate plan, and make ourselves available to answer questions for you.

We have two available client care programs to best fit with your needs, the Trust Based Care Program and the Will Based Client Care Program.

The Trust Based Care
Program Includes:

• Nosy Lawyer Child Emergency Plan™ for our families with minor children.
• Reasonable access to our team to provide guidance and support on transferring assets into Trust.
• Quarterly educational programs for you, your family members, and trusted advisors.
• Collaboration with your trusted advisors, including financial advisors, accountants, and insurance professionals to properly align your assets to your estate plan.
• Complimentary client appreciation events.
• Funding of up to 10 asset per year.
• A Family Care Meeting to provide an opportunity for you, your trusted family members, and advisors to speak with a member of our team who will answer questions about your plan and prepare your fiduciaries for their roles.

Our Will Based Client
Care Program Includes:

• Reasonable access to our staff to answer questions about your plan.
• Quarterly educational events for you, your family members, and trusted advisors.
• Complimentary client appreciation events.
• Unlimited guidance and support on aligning assets to avoid probate court.
• Family Meeting – After completion of your plan, once per year after for changes to fiduciaries.
